OUR STORY

Nairn Sailing Club was started in 1968 by five founding members: Harold Forrester, Reggie Pole, Hugh Wilson, Bill Oliver and Alastair Maxwell. Over the years it has gained a reputation, at home and on distant shores, for being friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic. This is true both on the water through the racing and cruising, as well as on the social side. The clubs singing and musical prowess is known far and wide!
